We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum to reach. Expedited and express options are not available, and we do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays; anything placed after 2:00 PM MT is processed the next business day. Standard delivery then takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number you can use at any time. If a package appears lost or runs significantly past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, and wrong items received. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, size expectations, or personal preference — if you have any doubt about a product before ordering, message us first and we will help you choose.

Email support@hesterlegal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Damaged orders must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the damage, the outer shipping box, a readable shipping label, and the inner packaging. We confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days and send return shipping instructions.

For approved returns — defective, damaged, or incorrect items — Hesterlegal covers the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days; your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it. We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and Elo, plus PayPal and the Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay express checkouts. Card details are entered directly on our checkout, processed through Shopify Payments over an SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connection. Product price, shipping, and applicable taxes are all shown before you confirm your order — there are no hidden charges.
